Paid service
The paid service is a featured listing boost for approved listing owners. A boost increases visibility in eligible directory placements for the selected campaign period, subject to moderation, filters, availability, and the site terms.
Price
Featured listing boosts are 1,000 JPY per listing per week. The selected number of weeks and the total payment amount are shown before checkout. Prices are tax-inclusive unless the checkout page states otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time, and the amount shown at checkout applies to the confirmed order.
Additional charges
Eigo81 does not add separate handling fees for listing boosts. Internet access, mobile data, card issuer charges, currency conversion, or other third-party charges are the customer's responsibility where applicable.
Payment method
Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout using the payment methods shown at checkout. Eigo81 does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
Payment timing
Payment is due at the time the customer confirms the order in checkout. A listing boost is not confirmed until payment succeeds.
Service start
After successful payment, the boost is applied or scheduled for the approved listing as shown in the product flow. If Eigo81 cannot provide the purchased boost because of moderation, listing status, or a technical issue, we will contact the customer and either reschedule, extend, or refund the affected paid period.
Cancellations and refunds
Because listing boosts are digital promotional services, cancellations and refunds are generally not available after a campaign has started. Before a campaign starts, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Duplicate payments, billing errors, or service failures caused by Eigo81 will be corrected by refund, extension, or other appropriate remedy.
Requirements
A customer must be the approved owner of the listing being boosted and must comply with Eigo81's moderation standards and terms. Eigo81 may refuse, pause, or remove a paid placement where payment fails, fraud is suspected, or the listing would harm the quality or trustworthiness of the service.
