Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Eigo81 or submit information that is false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or spam-like. You must not impersonate another person or organization, interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use.

Moderation and publication

Eigo81 is a moderated directory. We may review, edit, reject, remove, archive, or decline to publish submissions at our discretion, especially where needed to protect users, maintain accuracy, prevent misuse, or preserve the quality of the directory and resource library.

Submitted content

When you submit content to Eigo81, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it may be reviewed, edited for clarity, translated, displayed, or used to operate and promote the directory. You remain responsible for the content you provide.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, creates risk for other users, or violates these terms.

Paid listing boosts

Verified listing owners may be offered paid boosts that increase directory visibility for a selected period. The price, campaign length, payment amount, cancellation terms, and service timing are shown before checkout and summarized on the Commerce Disclosure page. Boosts remain subject to moderation, filters, availability, and these terms; paying for a boost does not guarantee clicks, enquiries, sales, or a specific ranking outside the boost placement rules.

Payments

Payments for paid features are handled by Stripe. You must provide accurate billing information and only use payment methods you are authorized to use. Eigo81 may delay, cancel, remove, or refuse a paid placement where payment fails, fraud is suspected, a listing violates the rules, or the placement would harm the quality or trustworthiness of the service.

Advertising

Eigo81 may display advertising if approved by an advertising partner such as Google. Advertising is separate from editorial content, listings, and resources. We do not allow advertising placement or presentation that intentionally misleads users, interferes with navigation, or encourages accidental clicks.
